THE BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES & NCC
Rapid Global School THE BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES was established in 2020 and today comprises around 120 cadets. It is attended by boys and girls from classes 6 to 12.
The BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES aims to develop self-reliance, resourcefulness, endurance, leadership and resilience in a fun, active and disciplined environment and is supported by 5 staff delivering varied and exciting training programs during the year.
The BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES & NCC parades every Tuesday and Saturday between 11:15 am and 2:00 pm during term time. Cadets are expected to attend each week, take part in one or two training weekends per year and attend a full week’s camp or course during the holidays at least once during their time with the Corps.
Army – The Army Section training is based on advanced infantry training such as skill at arms, shooting, map reading/navigation and first aid. There are various leadership cadres available.
IAF – The IAF Section concentrates on flight-related activities, with the opportunity to learn to glide and potentially fly in light aircraft as their training progresses.
